About Equipped

We print over 10,000 orders a year using industry-leading technology and proven processes – delivering branded kit that works.

No Compromise Kit

We’ve been providing customers with high-quality branded merchandise since 1999. From our 15,000 square ft production hub in Gateshead, our 30-strong team handles everything in-house. From design and mock-ups to print, embroidery and dispatch, we do it all.

We offer a full range of customisation techniques, including DTF and embroidery, chosen to suit your brief and meet the highest standards. Whether you need branded uniforms, event kit or bulk fulfilment, we make it clear, consistent and dependable.

Orders are shipped nationwide with next-day delivery. If you're local to Newcastle or Gateshead, you’re welcome to collect or we can drop it off direct.

Our Equipment

We use a wide range of printing equipment to optimise the quality of
the items we provide.

    DTG Printer

    Printing direct to the garment, we use this for very intricate designs or small personalised orders.

    Screen Print

    Best for bulk orders, this keeps costs low and produces durable garments with vibrant colours.

    Sublimation

    This method of printing uses ink and heat to create items that won’t crack, peel or fade.

  4. A vinyl cutter that’s printed out some vinyl with the Equipped logo on it

    Vinyl Cutter

    Using heat transfer, vinyl gets cut to a specified design, which is great for single colour logos/designs.

  5. A grey ribbon cutter that has printed a ribbon with Equipped on it in an orange font

    Specifically for sashes, we can create one colour designs, with a printed logo/text on them, in small batches.

Rally Round Rupert

In 2023, we provided one hundred T-shirts for @RallyRoundRupert which was a charity event set up to raise money for spinal muscular atrophy research. One hundred volunteers walked one hundred miles to raise awareness of this disease.

The T-shirts we provided were branded with the charity logo on the front and had the name of the participant on the back.

Mighty Dub Fest

Located in Alnwick, Mighty Dub Fest is the largest VW festival, that has a program of family-friendly music and entertainment. This award-winning festival was established in 2010 and is a firm favourite here in the North East.

We provided a range of crew T-shirts and hoodies, and some adult and kids merch T-shirts for festival attendees.

Barnabus Safe & Sound

Barnabus Safe & Sound is a charity that provides a safe space for young people to talk openly and help them access the right services to unlock their potential and encourage personal growth. They were established in 2001 and offer advice, housing solutions, a drop in space for young people and much more.

We provided a range of branded T-shirts for their volunteers and staff. We’ve also provided branded tote bags and jackets.
